Bloomin' Barbeque & Bluegrass is a family oriented event celebrating the beauty of spring, championship barbeque and world class bluegrass music. Bloomin' Barbeque & Bluegrass takes place during Smokey Mountain Springfest in historic downtown Sevierville, Tennessee on May 18-19, 2007.
